We will waive any associated fees and have suspended reporting to credit agencies to avoid any unnecessary future stress for our Clients who may take advantage of this new enhanced program. Additional costs that may be associated with your mortgage, such as property tax payment, mortgage life insurance and/or Encompass Home Warranty premiums still apply.
